Players acknowledge that by participating in Dune PBeM they understand and consent to the following privacy policy:

• Dune PBeM reserves the right to use of player email addresses as a point of contact on the website, our mailing list, and previous turn or faction sheets;
• Dune PBeM reserves the right to collect a certain amount of information upon registration and throughout participation on the forum including but not limited to: IP address; private messages and content which may be reviewed by administrators to help enforce conditions of participation; chatroom messages; and personal or other information as provided by participants in the course of their participation. Information submitted on forums should not be deemed private.
• Dune PBeM will not share any such private or personal information with any third party, organisation or company without explicit consent. In the event Dune PBeM transfers ownership then any new privacy policy supersedes this condition.
• Changes to this privacy policy may occur: any minor changes to this policy will be posted here, and any major changes made will also be given more prominent notice.
