Your Primary Five characters represent the core leadership of your faction. If you are missing one, or more, of your Primary Five for whatever reason (death, abduction, retirement, defection) then your faction will be at a serious disadvantage in associated areas when faced with GM rulings and dice rolls undertaken as part of any Conflict RP in which your faction is involved. For example, if you have no Warmaster then penalties will be applied to any dice roll for your faction when involved with a Military Conflict RP.

Recruitment requires a fully fledged RP (Consensual: Internal Faction), posted either in your public or private faction area of the forum.
