If two or more players wish to cooperate in a given story then the process is different depending on whether the RP is public, or covert:

Public RPs:

The initiator (player starting, leading or hosting the story) posts in the relevant faction area of the forum in the first instance. Each person who is involved then simply posts a followup reply to the topic describing their own faction's involvement, responding to the other posts where appropriate.

Covert RPs:

Players must coordinate more effectively with Covert RPs since nobody will have access to the private forum areas of the other players who are involved. It should be determined off the boards how the story will be drafted: each player must take responsibility only for their own faction, and the Covert RP which is posted by each player should reflect both this, and the overarching operation.

This is best described by an example:

If House A and House B are working together, and House A is leading the operation and doing X and Y, whilst House B is supporting the operation and doing Z, then there should be two distinct RPs:

1. House A (RP posted by House A in House A's covert RP forum):

"We are leading the operation and will be undertaking X and Y. House B  is supporting our efforts, and should be directing their energies at Z".

2. House B (RP posted by House B in House B's covert RP forum):

"House A is leading an operation to do [purpose of RP]; we understand they need assistance with Z and we will be supporting them in their
endeavours in this regard".

Players should never copy and paste the same piece of text to present in their own faction's private forum area.
